This spring I needed a necklace repaired for one of my students. Ellis jewelry had it done in three days and were extremely reasonable! I appreciated that works so much that I asked them to take a look at my engagement ring, that was approaching 9 years old. Jeff quickly realized that multiple diamonds in my setting were loose and at risk for falling out. Jeff took a few weeks to look at it and research options before asking me to come back in so he could explain my options and cost. Jeff wanted to make sure that I didn’t lose any diamonds and that my ring was the best it could be. I did have to be patient because my ring had to be sent to New York and an entire new setting created for the top of my ring and the 11 diamonds it included. The final product is more than worth the weight! My ring was red dipped, soldered to my wedding band, a missing diamond was replaced, and the new setting was created. I am overjoyed at how wonderful it looks now and I am thankful. I won’t have to worry about losing diamonds!

Jeff does a wonderful job and is so incredibly thorough. I wanted to have a missing diamond replaced in my wedding band and have my engagement ring checked over. I got engaged almost 9 years ago and had not had it looked at or checked over. after looking at my engagement ring the day I was in, Jeff spent a few weeks trying to find the best way to fix my engagement ring. Jeff searched high and low for a solution he knew that would work, not compromise the integrity of the diamonds, not change my setting too much, please me, etc. Jeff found a company out of New York that redesigned the top of my ring so that diamonds weren't loose, prongs weren't broken, and he could be sure it would work long term. I am so excited- we picked up my ring today and I think it's mote beautiful than the day my husband proposed. I was so excited!
